2022 CrossFit Open — Workout 22.3 Revealed

The final workout of the 2022 CrossFit Open is here.

The final workout of the 2022 CrossFit Open season has arrived. Workout 22.3 was the only workout in the Open that involved a live announcement from two locations simultaneously — Hendersonville, TN, and Reykjavik, Iceland. As was the case with Workout 22.1 and Workout 22.2, it was announced at 3:00 p.m. EST on a Thursday — March 10, 2022 — and athletes will have until 8:00 p.m. EST the following Monday — March 14, 2022 — to submit their videos for review.

Heading into the Workout 22.3, Mal O’Brien sits atop the Open leaderboard for the women, just three points ahead of five-time reigning Fittest Woman on Earth® Tia Clair Toomey. Phil Toon stands atop the leaderboard for the men, but Saxon Panchik, Matt Poulin, and Victor Ljungdal within one, two, and three points, respectively, from matching him.
