I’m a sportswriter, a CrossFit L-1 coach and fitness model living in Brooklyn, NY. I earned my Master;s in Journalism from NYU and have since written for various sports, fitness, beauty and culture. I’ve modeled for Reebok, Under Armour, REI and other fitness brands. My primary aim in life is to empower people to take control of their lives through sports and fitness. When I'm not doing that I'm either working out, trying out some vegan recipe or finding the best natural hair products out there on the internet.
