His professional background includes strength positions with the Milwaukee Brewers, Kansas State University, and head of strength and conditioning at Bethany(KS) at just 28 years old. Private contracts have included the United States Olympic Team (fencing/track), UFC (lightweight), Major League Baseball (Angels, Red Sox, Mets, Brewers, Rockies, Royals), National Football League (Seahawks), the Crossfit Games and many more. As a specialist in performance development, etiology and return to play protocols, Flask has assisted many of the worlds top athletes reclaim or achieve top accolades in their respective sport.



Hailing from small town Kansas as a talented yet undersized recruit, Flask credits his ability to compete collegiately to the strength and conditioning programs that would ultimately ignite his passion for the field as a professional. His NJ/NYC based business provides elite services to athletes who do not have immediate access to top training resources, and clients from all walks of life looking to improve athletic performance or live a more active, stronger and pain free lifestyle.



A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he holds both a bachelors and masters degree in kinesiology and human performance.
