Frank has competed in Weightlifting for 10 years. During that time he has medaled at 5 separate National Championships. His best lifts include a 152.5kg (335lb) Snatch, 185kg (408lb) Clean, and 195kg Jerk (429lbs). Frank holds a Bachelors of Science with a major in Physical Education. He is a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach (USAW L1) and currently coaches out of New York at CrossFit Garden City and CrossFit South Brooklyn. Frank has worked with individuals of all backgrounds and aspirations, with much of his experience training individuals in the CrossFit community.
