It’s not been two weeks since we reported on the capture of two suspects who allegedly stole cell phones from five Phoenix CrossFit affiliates and now we have another. This time in Georgia.

OK, WHAT HAPPENED?

A woman walked out of Tifton CrossFit to find a man going through her vehicle. Not cool.

SO WHAT DID SHE DO?

Oh, we didn’t mention that the WOD that day involved pistols and she brought her .45? Well, she fired a warning shot and held him at gun point until the police arrived.

We suspect Dave Castro is giving her the slow clap, smile and nod of approval right about now.
