Day Five of the 2023 CrossFit Games is a wrap. With the Age Group and Adaptive divisions concluded on Aug. 3, audiences now follow the Individual and Team competitors as they move through the various strength, endurance, and cardiovascular challenges on offer this year in Madison, WI.

The fifth day of competitive CrossFit in Madison was some of the most exciting yet. Individual athletes competed in a wide variety of athletic challenges, ranging from strength-focused Olympic lifting to endurance cardio outdoors.
