If you’re looking for a place to watch the 2016 Canadian (Senior) National Championships in weightlifting, you’re in luck: The event is live-streamed on YouTube thanks to the British Columbia Weightlifting Association. It’s embedded below:

Lifting begins on Friday May 20th, with the Men’s 69kg B group at 5:30pm BC time (so 8:30pm EST). Lifting starts at 9am BC time on Saturday and 9:30am BC time on Sunday. The full schedule for lifting groups and sessions is below, all in British Columbia time:

2: Men – 77B – 85C kg 19:00

Saturday, May 21
3: Men – 56 – 69 kg 9:00
4: Men – 77 – 85B kg 11:30

7: Men – 105kg 18:00
8: Men – 105+kg 19:30

Sunday, May 22
09: Women – 53B – 58B – 63C kg 9:30
10: Women – 48 – 53 kg 11:30
11: Women – 58 – 63B – 69B kg 13:30
12: Women – 63A – 69A kg 15:30
13: Women – 75 – +75 kg 18:00
