A new CrossFit Games season kicks off on October 10th, and it feels like just yesterday that Mat Fraser and Tia-Clair Toomey were earning their titles as Fittest on Earth™. After the shortest off-season in CrossFit Games history, a new CrossFit Games Open season is already here and right around the corner.
On October 10th, two of the biggest names in CrossFit will be involved in the CrossFit Open 20.1 workout announcement. Eight-time CrossFit Games athlete Scott Panchik and four-time winner of the Reebok CrossFit Games, Rich Froning, will square off during the live announcement for CrossFit Open Workout 20.1
The workout will take place at 7 p.m. CST live from Austin, Texas and there will be a live stream coverage available at 6:30 p.m. CST. This will be a special addition to The Rogue Iron Game Show.
