The kettlebell swing is one of the best fundamental movements any athlete can master. It builds strength, tests grip, and — when done for high reps — can tax your endurance in a crazy way. 

We put our own kettlebell swing ability to the test and invited some special guests to see how their scores stacked up. Here are the details:

BarBend Kettlebell Swing Challenge

Max Reps Russian Kettlebell Swings in 2 Minutes:

  • 24kg bell for the ladies
  • 32kg bell for the men

Chalk IS allowed, and sets do NOT have to be unbroken
