The kettlebell swing is one of the best fundamental movements any athlete can master. It builds strength, tests grip, and — when done for high reps — can tax your endurance in a crazy way.
We put our own kettlebell swing ability to the test and invited some special guests to see how their scores stacked up. Here are the details:

- 24kg bell for the ladies
- 32kg bell for the men
Chalk IS allowed, and sets do NOT have to be unbroken
