The 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games opening ceremony will occur on July 23, 2021. Weightlifting will begin with the Women’s 49-kilogram weight class competing on July 24 and conclude with the Men’s +109-kilogram weight class competing on Aug. 4, 2021.
Currently, the Games will not allow international spectators as a precaution against the COVID-19 pandemic. Check out the full roster below for each weight class for both the Women’s and Men’s Divisions and which day they will compete.
