Reigning Fitness Olympia champion Missy Truscott had to face two previous champions as well as the rest of the top athletes in her division at the 2023 Olympia in Orlando, FL. That title defense kicked off in the Olympia World Fitness Expo on Nov. 3, 2023, where the Fitness Olympia started the morning action.
The Fitness division features two rounds. Prejudging is based on the physique, as it is in the other 10 pro divisions. This round constitutes one-third of their overall score. The other two-thirds will be determined in the Routine round at the evening finals. The opening round began with introductions and numerical comparisons from the judges. Truscott had the most fan support when she was introduced, and she had clearly tried to be the leanest in the lineup. Then, the real comparisons began and went as follows:

2023 Olympia Weekend
The second contest to feature its prejudging contest was the 212 Olympia. Five callouts were made in that division, but the fifth and final callout was down to just two athletes: two-time defending champion Shaun Clarida and Keone Pearson. It was clear that come the Finals tonight, the battle for first place would be between those two.
The rest of the prejudging for Friday includes, in order, Figure, Women’s Physique, Ms. Olympia, Wellness, and Mr. Olympia. All of the previously mentioned divisions, except for Mr. Olympia will host their finals on Friday night (Nov. 3). Mr. Olympia finals are the main event of Saturday night (Nov. 4).
