2019 Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry set bodybuilding Instagram on fire with his physique updates ahead of the 2022 Arnold Classic (AC) scheduled for Mar. 3-5, 2022 at Battelle Grand Ballroom of the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. Curry uploaded a posing video on Instagram on Feb. 10, 2022. While Curry did not say exactly when the video — where his lower legs are hidden behind a flight of stairs was recorded — he confirmed it is from his 2022 AC prep. Check out the video below that Curry says “was taken…on an empty stomach post morning cardio so [he] was flat.”

The video of Curry got so many eyeballs that the 2019 AC winner posted close-up photos of his physique — zoomed-in screenshots taken from the video. On Feb. 13, 2022, Curry treated his fans to another physique update photo taken on the same day, but his lower legs were concealed again.
Curry has only competed in two shows in the last two years — the 2020 and 2021 Mr. Oymmpia contests. He took second place in both shows behind Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay. Brandon’s most recent pro wins were the 2019 AC and 2019 Mr. Olympia.

Brandon Curry’s Leg Development
The 2019 AC champ has made major improvements in the legs department. Curry’s lower body may have been one of the reasons he finished as the runner-up at the 2020 and 2021 Mr. Oympia contests behind Big Ramy. However, “The Prodigy” does not appear to rest on his laurels as he’s been hard at work on his legs.

The 2022 AC is likely to be an intense battle. While Curry seeks to break his second-place streak, he will face tough competition from the 2020 AC champion William Bonac and the 2017 AC winner Cedric McMillan. Curry, Bonac, and McMillan were all absent from the 2021 AC won by Nick Walker who ranked fifth at the 2021 Olympia. Still, without Big Ramy in attendance at the 2019 AC, “The Prodigy” is one of the favorites to claim a win 2022 AC title.
