Sari is a graduate of Penn State University, with B.A. degrees in English and Psychology, and UMass Boston, where she earned her M. Ed. She is passionate about strength training, food that is both delicious and hits her macros, and inspiring women of all ages to step off the cardio machines and into the weight room to discover the untapped inner physical and mental strength within. She is a hockey/soccer/flag football mom of two middle-schoolers, founder/owner of Sari Nova Strength & Fitness, a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Nutrition Coach (NASM), Kettlebell Coach (NESTA), educator, and writer.
