The 2023 Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, OH, was home to the 2023 Arnold Strongman Classic (ASC) and 2023 Arnold Strongwoman Classic (ASWC) on the weekend of March 2-5, 2023. Mitchell Hooper claimed his first ASC title while still amidst his rookie season as a pro strongman. Victoria Long‘s dominant second day of competition made her the strongwoman to beat going forward.

In addition to those contests was the 2023 Arnold Amateur Strongman and Strongwoman World Championships, which featured athletes competing across the following 10 weight categories:

  • Men’s Open
  • Men’s U120KG
  • Men’s U105KG
  • Men’s U90KG
  • Men’s U80KG
  • Women’s Open
  • Women’s U82KG
  • Women’s U73KG
  • Women’s U64KG
  • Women’s U57KG

Below are the results for each division, all of which competed in the same seven events: Farmer’s Walk, Viking Press, Arm-Over-Arm Pull, Loading Race, Max Dumbbell Press, Ukrainian Deadlift, and Power Stairs.
