Men’s Physique Athletes to Watch
Below are three athletes likely to score first callouts in Men’s Physique:
Riccardo Croci
Croci is entering his third contest of the 2023 season — he’s two-for-two already. He won both the 2023 Tropicarium Budapest Pro and the 2023 Mile High Pro. Since he’s already qualified for the 2023 Olympia, he’s playing with house money. If he wins, he blocks another competitor from qualifying for the Olympia. If he loses, his Olympia qualification remains intact.
Youcef Djoudi
Djoudi was the runner-up to Ali Bilal in this contest in 2022. Djoudi won the 2022 Mr. Big Evolution Pro to qualify for the 2022 Olympia, where he finished outside of the top 15. This will be Djoudi’s 2023 season debut and it would be his fourth professional win if he takes the gold.
Sidy Pouye
Pouye has competed twice so far this season. He ranked fourth in the 2023 Pittsburgh Pro and third at the 2023 New York Pro. The latter took place about seven weeks before the 2023 Sheru Classic Italy Pro, meaning he’s had plenty of time to make adjustments in his prep. Pouye qualified for the Olympia in 2022 thanks to his two pro victories, but he didn’t compete on bodybuilding’s biggest stage.

Bikini Division Athletes to Watch
The Bikini division is deep, but the three athletes below will almost certainly be in contention for first callouts:
Zsofia Reka Molnar
Molnar is already qualified for the 2023 Olympia. She won the 2023 Tropicarium Budapest Pro show earlier in the season. This show gives her an opportunity to try different adjustments to see how she looks onstage and how the judges receive them. A win in Milan would block fellow competitors from qualifying for the 2023 Olympia.
Kristina Brunauer
Brunauer is trying to return to the Olympia stage in 2023 with hopes of breaking into the top 15 for the first time. She has yet to qualify due to not winning a pro show thus far in the 2023 season. Her highest placing in the two shows she’s competed in thus far in 2023 was fifth at the 2023 Empro Pro, which occurred one week before this contest.
Lisa Reith
Reith is three shows deep into the 2023 season. She was the runner-up to Molnar in the 2023 Tropicarium Budapest Pro, so this serves as a rematch. Reith’s last pro show was the 2023 Empro Pro, where she placed sixth. She’s looking to qualify for the Olympia for the first time since turning pro in 2021.
