Classic Physique Winner — Shicheng Jin
According to NPC News Online, this was Jin’s first contest in four years. The judges gave him straight first-place votes for the gold and a trip to Orlando. His only pro appearance before this was the 2019 Romania Muscle Fest Pro, where he ranked second 24 hours after turning pro in the amateur contest. The Classic Physique contest for this show featured an all-Chinese podium.
Men’s Physique Winner — Joven Sagabain
Second-year pro Joven Sagabain scored his first pro career victory, and with it came a second-straight Olympia qualification. He was part of the 2022 Men’s Physique Olympia but placed outside the top 15. Second place went to Shun Kaneko, who was the highest-finishing Japanese athlete in any of the three contests.
Bikini Division Winner — Yurika Shigemoto
Yurika Shigemoto entered her fourth contest of the 2023 season and finally scored the win needed to qualify for the 2023 Bikini Olympia. This is her second consecutive Tokyo Pro win. Her best 2023 finish before this was a runner-up ranking at the 2023 Orchid Pro.
