Men’s Physique Winner — Emanual Hunter
Hunter won his second pro show, thanks to his efforts in Columbus. He placed 12th at the 2022 Men’s Physique Olympia, which Erin Banks won. He competed once in 2023, finishing second to Banks at the Arnold Classic Men’s Physique contest in Columbus, OH. This Columbus gave him a win and 2023 Olympia qualification.
Men’s Physique Second Place — Carlos DeOliveira
DeOliveira finished fifth at the Arnold Classic and was 15th at the 2022 Olympia in Las Vegas, NV. His last victory came at the 2021 Monterrey Pro, but he has four pro wins. He is familiar with placing first, and he will likely compete again to get win number five and an Olympia qualification.
Men’s Physique Third Place — Zach Lape
Alabama native Lape made his first appearance since 2020 when he competed twice. He finished out of the top 15 in both Chicago and Tampa that year. So far, this is his highest finish as a pro, defeating fourth-place finisher Ricky Armon Wilson by one point in the final scoring. Only pre-judging was scored in this contest.
Looking Ahead
The next two Men’s Physique contests on the 2023 schedule are on the same day: The 1 Bro Pro Show on Saturday, April 8, 2023, in Maidenhead, UK, and the Memphis Pro in Memphis, TN.
The next Figure division competition is the Wasatch Warrior Pro in Salt Lake City, UT, on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Men’s Physique and Bikini are the two divisions that will be held at that event.
