Winner — Tonio Burton
This was Burton’s first victory of 2024 in three attempts. He had previously placed second at the 2024 Arnold South America and third at the 2024 New York Pro. Burton ranked eighth at the 2023 Mr. Olympia contest.
This win now allows Burton the opportunity to potentially improve upon his 2023 Olympia placing in 2024. He declared his intent to enter the 2024 Olympia in Las Vegas. Burton received all first-place votes in both rounds in Anaheim.
Second Place — Emir Omeragic
Omeragic looked much better in Anaheim than he did at the 2024 New York Pro, where he placed ninth. He is in his third pro season, and this is his third runner-up finish. To qualify for the 2024 Olympia, Omeragic must score his first career pro win before Sept. 15, 2024. Based on this finish, he has the potential to do that.
Third Place — Krystian Wolski
Wolski’s star has been rising for the last couple of pro shows. He looked more confident in his posing and was slightly leaner in this show, which could have been why he improved from fifth at the 2024 New York Pro to third in Anaheim. Wolski is in his fourth pro season and still seeks his first pro win. His best placing in 2023 was fourth at the Mr. Big Evolution Pro.
The next Men’s Open IFBB contest is the 2024 Toronto Pro Supershow on June 9, 2024, in Toronto, ON, Canada.
