Men’s Open Athletes to Watch
The three early favorites in the Men’s Open division are below.
Rafael Brandao
Rafael Brandao ranked eighth at the 2024 Mr. Olympia contest in Las Vegas, NV. He won the Romania Muscle Fest Pro in 2021 and will also be a top contender in the 2024 contest. He and coach Neil Hill seek an early 2025 Olympia qualification.
Akim Williams
The “BK Beast” placed 10th in Las Vegas at the 60th Mr. Olympia contest and was the 2024 Toronto Pro Supershow champion. Williams has a lot of mass and has improved his shape throughout his career, making him a threat in any show he enters.
Emir Omeragic
Emir Omeragic did not compete in the 2024 Olympia but is considered a dark horse for this show. He ranked third at the 2024 Mr. Big Evolution, behind winner Nathan De Asha and runner-up William Bonac. Omeragic won bronze at the 2024 Flex Weekend Pro.
It will be no surprise if Omeragic is a spoiler for other contenders in this show. If he pulls the upset, it will be his first pro win.
