2025 Britain’s Strongest Man Results

The 2025 Britain’s Strongest Man (BSM) contest took place in Sheffield, England, on Feb. 1. The single-day contest featured 12 athletes representing four countries clashing through five events: Sandbang Steeplechase, Deadlift Ladder, Duck & Farmer’s Medley, Log Lift, and Atlas Stones.

Luke Stoltman of Scotland scored the overall gold, acquiring 52 of a possible 60 points. He was joined on the podium by Shane Flowers and Andrew Flynn, both representing England in the silver and bronze positions, respectively.

  2. Shane Flowers (ENG) — 46.5 points
  3. Andrew Flynn (ENG) — 42.5 points
  4. Paddy Haynes (ENG) — 42 points
  5. Ben Glasscock (ENG) — 40 points
  6. Gavin Bilton (WAL) — 38 points
  7. Sean Gillen (IRL) — 32.5 points
  8. Adam Bishop (ENG) — 26 points
  9. Matt Dimond (WAL) — 22.5 points
  10. Chris Beetham (SCO) — 19 points
  11. Luke Richardson (ENG) — Six points (withdrew)
  12. Andy Black (SCO) — One point (withdrew)

Sandbang Steeplechase

This event comprised four implements weighing 150 kilograms.

  1. Paddy Haynes — Six in 47.70 seconds
  2. Luke Stoltman — Six in 55.29 seconds
  3. Shane Flowers — Six in 59.9 seconds
  4. Gavin Bilton — Six in 66.59 seconds
  5. Andrew Flynn — Six in 72.57 seconds
  6. Luke Richardson — Five in 43.6 seconds
  7. Sean Gillen — Five in 48.53 seconds
  8. Adam Bishop — Five in 51.05 seconds
  9. Ben Glasscock — Five in 57.23 seconds
  10. Chris Beetham — Five in 63.23 seconds
  11. Matt Dimond — Five in 69.42 seconds
  12. Andy Black — Five in 70.92 seconds

Deadlift Ladder

Each strongman had 75 seconds to lift five barbells as fast as possible.

  1. Shane Flowers — Five in 39.59 seconds
  2. Paddy Haynes — Five in 41.27 seconds
  3. Sean Gillen — Five in 49.13 seconds
  4. Adam Bishop — Five in 30.66 seconds
  5. Luke Stoltman — Four in 29.1 seconds
  6. Gavin Bilton — Four in 38.04 seconds
  7. Ben Glasscock — Four in 40.59 seconds
  8. Matt Dimond — Four in 50.14 seconds
  9. Andrew Flynn — Three in 17.26 seconds
  10. Chris Beetham — Two in 38.35 seconds

Duck & Farmer’s Medley

The medley comprised a 200-kilogram duck walk and a 150-kilogram farmer’s walk.

  4. Shane Flowers — 26.58 seconds

This event was for reps with 160 kilograms.
