The 2025 Järhanden Strongman & Strongwoman contests occurred in Tidaholm, Sweden, on March 8, 2024. The competitions featured 12 strongmen and six strongwomen, all representing the host country. Both contests comprised the same seven events: Max Anvil Lift, Moving Raptor Medley, Saxon Bar Lift, Natural Stone Medley, One-Handed Plate Pinch, Super Dumbbell, and Max Axle Deadlift.
Alexander Appelqvist Jansson stood atop the strongman podium, scoring 73 of a possible 84 points. Sanne Hansen claimed the strongwoman gold with 39 of a possible 42 points.
