Farouq Ishimoto has won the 2025 World of Monsterzym Korea Pro Men’s Physique contest. The IFBB Pro League event occurred on Saturday, June 21, in Seoul, South Korea, and served as a 2025 Men’s Physique Olympia qualifier.
This win allows Ishimoto to compete at the 2025 Olympia in Las Vegas, NV, from Oct. 9-12, 2025. Ganaa Altankhuyag of Mongolia placed second, and Xie Hang of China took third place.

Winner — Farouq Ishimoto
Ishimoto earned a perfect score from the judges in this event. It is his second pro win and Olympia qualification. He was onstage for the 2024 Men’s Physique Olympia but finished in 16th place.
Second Place — Ganaa Altankhuyag
Altankhuyag had to settle for silver for the second consecutive contest. He was also the runner-up at the 2025 China DMS Pro Ningjin contest in Ningjin, China, on June 14-15. If he wins a pro contest before Sept. 14, 2025, he can join Ishimoto on the Olympia stage.
Third Place — Xie Hang
Hang earned his IFBB Pro League card at the 2023 NPC Worldwide Amateur Olympia Korea event but could not secure his first pro win in the exact location. He appeared to show more separation at this show than at the 2025 China DMS Pro Ningjin show, where he placed ninth.
