Two-time IPF 47 kg World Champion powerlifter Heather Connor was taking part in an Instagram live video on November 27, 2020 when she set a new personal record for herself. At a bodyweight of 44.5 kg (99 pounds), she deadlifted 192.5 kg (424 pounds). After you do the math, that means she was able to pull 4.325 times her bodyweight.
She was already the first woman to lift more than four times her bodyweight, so this only adds to that incredible feat. You can watch the lift in the Instagram video below.

Her lift took place in Spider Strength Gym in Raleigh, North Carolina. She performed the lift with a sumo stance while wearing a mask, which is being required in many gyms due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her main goal for the day was to lift 200 kg (440 pounds), but she was unsuccessful in that attempt. Nonetheless, she was pleased with herself as she shared in the post that included the video.

“200/440 may not have been there today but 192.5/424 @ BW 44.5/99 was for a PR and I’ll take that, always! Thanks for everyone who tuned in! We will get it necks time.”
The elementary school teacher made it clear in a post the next day that she wasn’t giving up on making that goal a reality.
“I didn’t lift 200 kgs YET. But it’s coming.”
As for the lift she did complete successfully, the 192.5kg is a personal record by almost 8kg. She pulled 184.9kg (407.8 pounds) at the USAPL 2020 Palmetto Classic on September 26th in South Carolina, a new American Record. That’s an all-time world record for the under 47kg division, though since it wasn’t done in international competition, it won’t count as a world record in any federation. She also squatted 140 kg (308.6 pounds) and bench pressed 70 kg (154.3 pounds) that day for a total of 394.9 kg (870.7 pounds). She won her division and had the highest point total of the meet across all divisions.
There is no word as of this writing on when her next meet will be, but she will very likely add to her record when that event takes place.
