Jaclyn Baker is the winner of the 2024 Fitness International UK contest, held as part of the 2024 Arnold Classic UK weekend in Birmingham, England. The American was one of nine athletes who competed in two rounds — physique and routine — and left the stage with the first-place trophy and 2024 Olympia qualification.
Baker ousted runner-up Ariel Khadr, who won the 2024 Fitness International US, and third-place finisher Michelle Fredua-Mensah. Baker stood with Arnold Schwarzenegger at the end of the show in what many considered a big upset. The top six finishers for this contest are below:

Prejudging Highlights
Round one is the Physique round, which counts for one-third of each athlete’s overall score. Aurika Tyrgale, Baker, Fredua-Mensch, and Khadr were the top four competitors. Baker and Fredua-Mensah were in the middle for most of the round and even had a head-to-head callout at the end.
Finals Recap
The Routine round counts for two-thirds of each athlete’s overall score. This is where the contest can be clinched or lost, and it kicked off the evening festivities in Birmingham.
Baker showed impressive body control during her “Heartbreaker” routine. Khadr performed a variation of her “Predator” performance she used to win in Columbus.
Fredua-Mensah, who won the 2021 edition of this contest, had the crowd on her side as a home-country favorite. However, she suffered a hamstring injury during her performance.

Ultimately, it came down to the top two from Columbus: Khadr versus Baker. Baker’s consistency in both rounds will likely be credited for her huge victory. Her next contest will likely be the 2024 Olympia in Las Vegas, NV, on Oct. 10-13, 2024, where she will attempt to win her first Fitness Olympia championship.
Four more IFBB Pro League events — Men’s Open, Bikini, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Wheelchair — will be contested in Birmingham on Saturday, March 16. Fans who want to watch live from home can register for the free ADL Pro livestream on the Arnold Sports UK website.
