American strongman Evan Singleton appears to be ready for the 2024 Giants Live USA Strongman Championships, set for Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, in Las Vegas, NV. Singleton was a guest for a news segment on FOX5 Vegas, and he showed how ready he is by rolling up a frying pan for the hosts.
The video of the feat can be seen below, courtesy of Giants Live promoter Colin Bryce:
Bryce verified the frying pan was real before handing it to Singleton, who rolled it on his thigh while wearing gloves to protect his hands. Following that moment, Singleton pressed a woman overhead and performed shoulder presses with her before gently setting her down. Fellow strongman Eddie Williams was also on the segment and sang for the host and viewers.
The USA Strongman Championships will qualify for the 2025 World’s Strongest Man competition. The opening event of that competition is the 2024 World Deadlift Championships. After that, there is the Car Walk, Circus Dumbbell Press for Reps, Wrecking Ball Hold, and the Atlas Stones.
Singleton, the 2023 Giants Live World Open winner, will represent the host country, and he has had a busy 2024 season, highlighted by his third-place finish at the 2024 World’s Strongest Man competition in May in Myrtle Beach, SC. Joining Singleton on that podium was winner Tom Stoltman and runner-up Mitchell Hooper, both of whom will join Singleton in the contest in Las Vegas.
