Past Champions

A new champion for this division is guaranteed because 2023 Olympia winner Jennifer Dorie will not compete in the 2024 contest. That leaves four previous winners in the lineup:

  • 2022 winner Maureen Blanquisco
  • 2019 champion and 2024 Texas Pro winner Elisa Pecini
  • Two-time champion Angelica Teixeira
  • Ashley Kaltwasser — most Olympia wins (three) and pro victories overall across all divisions (49)

With Dorie out, conventional wisdom makes Blanquisco the favorite to reclaim the crown. She was second to Dorie in 2023 and is poised to be a front-runner in 2024. However, Kaltwasser ranked third and has been pushing for 50 pro wins. She has six wins in 2024.

Pecini has been a perennial top-10 finisher but has not placed above fifth since she won the title in 2019. After an extended absence, Teixeira returned to the stage at the 2024 Arnold Classic. This will be her first Olympia appearance since she finished fourth in 2020.

Top Contenders

Many fans are talking about Aimee Leann Delgado, who won four pro shows in 2024 and ranked sixth in the 2023 Bikini Olympia to become the new Olympia champion. With another year of experience gained and Dorie out, Delgado could push for the top.

Three-time Bikini International champion Lauralie Chapados will stand in her way. Chapados beat Delgado for her third Arnold Classic in 2024 in Columbus, OH. Chapados placed as high as second at the Olympia in 2021 behind Dorie. This could be as good of a chance as Chapados has of finally winning the one title that has eluded her.

Dark Horses

The other top 10 finalists from 2023 returning in 2024 include the Ariana Brothers (seventh), Ashlyn Little (eighth), and Jourdanne Lee (10th). If the favorites do not arrive in their best shape, they could break into the top six.

Other Notes

Pre-judging for this competition will occur on the Olympia Expo stage at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The top 10 from that round will move on to the finals in Resorts World later that evening.

Fans who won’t be in Las Vegas can watch both rounds of competition for all 11 contests by purchasing the 2024 Olympia pay-per-view on the Olympia Productions website.

BarBend will share updates for all pro divisions, as well as developments leading to the big weekend in Las Vegas.
