The 2024 Women’s Physique Olympia finals were a part of the Friday night show at Resorts World in Las Vegas, NV, on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024. The top 10 from the pre-judging round earlier in the day returned to the stage to face the judges one more time with hopes of becoming champion.
- The heavy favorites were three-time defending champion Sarah Villegas and 2022 winner Natalia Abraham Coelho. After a tight battle, Villegas walked away with her fourth Olympia title.

Then, it was time to announce the top five, culminating with the winner: Sarah Villegas. The top three finishers qualify for the 2025 Olympia.
