Athletes to Watch
This event will feature a Physique round and a Routine round, the latter of which counts for two-thirds of the overall score.
Tamara Vahn
Tamara Vahn is coming off a fifth-place finish at the 2024 Fitness Olympia in Las Vegas, NV. Missy Truscott won that contest to claim her third world title. Vahn represents Canada and is the favorite to win this show because of her athletic routines and impressive physique. Vahn has been in the pro ranks since 2017, and her most recent win was at the 2024 Vancouver Pro.
Amy Hamilton
Amy Hamilton is the defending champion of this show, having won it in 2023. She beat Vahn, who finished as the runner-up in that contest. Hamilton placed 10th at the 2024 Fitness Olympia, her debut in that competition.
Kristin Pope
Kristin Pope is a rising star in the division. On Sept. 28, 2024, she finished as the runner-up to Allison Kramer at the 2024 Legion Sports Fest Pro in Reno, NV.
Pope ranked seventh in this contest in 2023 and is still looking for her first win and Olympia qualification. Pope was the 2022 Arnold Amateur winner, which is how she joined the pro ranks.
