Nick Walker has won the 2025 New York Pro Men’s Open championship in Teaneck, NJ, on Saturday, May 17. The competition was well-received by the crowd in attendance as Promoter Steve Weinberger presented Walker with the $30,000 prize purse for his efforts.
Walker’s victory qualified him for the 2025 Mr. Olympia, set for Oct. 9-12 at Resorts World in Las Vegas, NV. William Bonac finished as the runner-up, and Michal Krizanek rounded out the top three.

Winner — Nick Walker
The final comparisons came to Walker, Bonac, Krizanek, and the returning Regan Grimes. Walker and Bonac held center stage, and while the fans showed respect for “The Conqueror,” they were rooting for “The Mutant,” who has homegrown New Jersey roots.
Walker’s win made bodybuilding history in multiple ways. He is the only three-time champion in the contest’s history, and he joins Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay as the only athlete to repeat as champion.
Second Place — William Bonac
Bonac wowed the crowd with his size and shape at age 43. The former two-time Arnold Classic champion did not have enough mass to compete with Walker. Bonac is already qualified for the Olympia thanks to his win at the 2025 Detroit Pro.
Third Place — Michal Krizanek
Many felt Grimes would win the bronze, but Krizanek appeared to show more definition in the finals. Krizanek still needs a pro show win to qualify for the 2025 Olympia. He has until Sept. 14, 2025, to do so.

Nine pro divisions were featured at the New York Pro. BarBend will provide a full recap of the competition when the final scorecards are released.
