About Mark Barroso
Mark Barroso, LAT, ATC, CSCS, CPT, is a licensed Athletic Trainer, certified strength and conditioning coach, certified personal trainer, and freelance writer. A former Editor of Muscle & Fitness magazine, Barroso's work has appeared in various publications such as Men's Health, Bodybuilding.com, Muscle & Strength and more. Barroso has trained clients from all walks of life in several different settings ranging from corporate gyms like 24 Hour Fitness and Blink Fitness to in-home private training to injury rehabilitation centers. When not training or writing, Barroso enjoys spending time with family and friends, strength training, running, reviewing new cheeseburgers, and watching sports, especially UFC, WWE and NFL.
