Rachel Binette is a Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and the Head Coach of Mindset Rx'd, a company dedicated to providing world-class mindset coaching to functional fitness athletes. She coaches CrossFit at CrossFit City Line in Watertown, Massachusetts and is the founder of The Forged Life, a website devoted to actionable philosophy. Rachel writes for athletes and coaches to educate and to inspire self-compassion, grit, and authenticity. When Rachel isn’t coaching or writing, she is hiking in the White Mountains, surfing poorly and joyfully, bird watching, or hanging out with her husband and two beautiful dogs.
