Riley Stefan

About Riley Stefan

Riley is a recent graduate of Northern Illinois University with an M.S.ed in exercise physiology. She’s a weightlifting coach (USAW L1), performance specialist, and researcher. She’s the founder and head coach of the weightlifting team known as Leverage Weightlifting in Geneva, Illinois. In her free time, she also participates in weightlifting competitions alongside her athletes. In combination with competitive weightlifting coaching, she’s also a personal trainer (ACSM-CPT) at the local hospital to help clients use exercise as medicine. Her passion is to share health and fitness education.
