The second event of Day Two of the 2023 Official Strongman Games on Dec. 2, 2023, in Charleston, WV, was the Go Ruck Survival Challenge — a carry-and-drag event. Athletes were tasked with carrying a sandbag and a medicine ball 50 feet to a sled. Then, athletes dragged the sled 50 feet in the opposite direction to the finish line. Athletes completed the entirety of the event while wearing a ruck pack. The athletes who scored the fastest time or went the furthest distance within the 75-second time cap earned top rank.
