Winner — Alexis Adams
2023 marks Adams’ first full season as a pro, and she kicked it off with her first pro win. The judges scored her in first place during both pre-judging and the finals with a perfect score.
In Adams’ only previous contest appearance, she finished in third place at the 2022 Tampa Pro. She joins two-time defending champion Francielle Mattos, 2022 Olympia runner-up Isabelle Nunes, 2022 Olympia third-place finisher Angela Borges, and 2023 Wellness International winner Kassandra Gillis on the list of qualified athletes following this show for the 2023 Olympia.
Second Place — Haley Johnson
This contest was the second pro show of Johnson’s career. The Georgia native finished in seventh place in her pro debut at the 2022 Texas Pro. The former NPC Junior USA Wellness winner showed potential at this contest but will have to enter and win a different pro show to qualify for the 2023 Olympia — only contest winners will advance to the Olympia this season.

Third Place — Tammy Sievers
Sievers was in third place in the main competition but ranked first in the Masters Over 35 and Masters Over 40 divisions. Sievers was the 2021 NPC Masters USA winner. This was her highest placing so far as a pro, and the Masters victory was her first as well. Masters victories do not grant athletes Olympia qualification.
