10 Eye-Opening Stats From the 2024 CrossFit Team Quarterfinals

With the Individual Quarterfinal leaderboard just beginning to shake out, let’s take a quick look back at the worldwide Team Quarterfinals (finalized leaderboard here) to highlight 10 interesting things that stood out to us.

Without wasting any time, let’s dive right in.

10 Eye-Opening Stats From Team Quarterfinals 

1. Through all four workouts, team Peak 360 CrossFit had no finishes outside of the top three worldwide (1st, 3rd, 1st, 2nd).

2. Including their three workouts from the Open, team Peak 360 CrossFit already has four workout wins and is currently averaging an event finish of 1.9.

3. In the top 25 worldwide, CrossFit Mayhem has five teams representing their banner:

  • AR-1 CrossFit Mayhem Unity (3rd)
  • CrossFit Mayhem (7th)
  • CrossFit Levis Mayhem (14th)
  • CrossFit Somo’s Mayhem (19th)
  • CrossFit Torian Mayhem (20th)

4. The best-performing Mayhem team is not from the United States — it was AR-1 CrossFit Mayhem Unity from Argentina.

5. CrossFit Invictus and Underdogs Athletics also have two teams represented each:

  • CrossFit Invictus (2nd)
  • CrossFit Invictus Unconquerable (6th)
  • Rhino CrossFit Service Dogs (11th)
  • Rhino CrossFit Dawgs (15th)

6. There are five teams from Scandinavia in the top 30 worldwide:

  • CrossFit Prestanda Kriger (SWE – 4th)
  • CrossFit Walleye Orka (SWE – 7th)
  • CrossFit Butcher’s Lab Flaek (DEN – 18th)
  • CrossFit Oslo Kriger PSL (NOR – 22nd)
  • CrossFit Butcher’s Lab Kaos (DEN – 30th)

7. In Workout 1, only one team in the world was able to get over 200 reps — Peak 360 CrossFit (201 reps)

8. In Workout 4, only two teams in the world were able to get over 600 total reps:

  • CrossFit Invictus Unconquerable (630 reps)
  • Peak 360 CrossFit (612 reps)

9. Only three of the top 10 teams from the 2023 Games are in the top 10 on the 2024 worldwide Quarterfinal leaderboard:

  • CrossFit Invictus
  • CrossFit Walleye
  • CrossFit Prestanda

10. Team CrossFit Invictus has 25 years of CrossFit Games experience on their roster:

  • Lauren Fisher: 7
  • Devyn Kim: 6
  • Sam Dancer: 5
  • Chandler Smith: 4
  • Joshua Al-Chamaa 2
  • Jessica Smith: 1
