The 2024 Europe’s Strongest Man (ESM) contest is scheduled for April 13, 2024, at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, England. The reigning ESM champion, Pavlo Kordiyaka of Ukraine, will return to defend his title. Below is the roster as of March 11, 2024:

2024 Europe’s Strongest Man Events
- Nicol Stones
- Car Walk
- Deadlift Ladder
- Viking Press
- Atlas Stones
The combination of Nicol Stones and Car Walk as the first two events will heavily test the athletes midlines. The Deadlift Ladder, not being a max deadlift or deadlift for reps, will likely favor the more agile athletes — commonly where the Ukrainian strongmen excel.
The Viking Press for reps will challenge the athlete’s overhead strength, where having more mass could prove an advantage in the later reps.
