The 2024 ProMuscle Italy Pro was held on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024, in Milan, Italy. Many fans watched this show because of the Men’s Open division, but the Men’s Physique and Bikini divisions also had 2024 Olympia qualifications riding on them.

Men’s Open Winner — Hunter Labrada
Labrada was the favorite in the contest and did not disappoint. He said on social media that he would bring the best version of his physique to the stage, and many fans felt he did. He will now focus on the Olympia, hoping to improve upon his sixth-place finish from 2023.
Men’s Physique Winner — Alessandro Cavagnola
Cavagnola looked more impressive than when he took fourth at the 2024 Mexico Grand Battle Pro the previous weekend. Thanks to this win, he will make his second career Men’s Physique Olympia appearance.
Bikini Winner — Anna Setlak
Setlak competed five times this season before this show; her best finish was third at the Toronto Pro Supershow in June. She claimed the Bikini title over runner-up Sara Punzetti and third-place finisher Zsofia Molnar. If she competes in the 2024 Bikini Olympia in Las Vegas, it will be her first time on the Olympia stage.
