2024 World’s Strongest Woman Results

Rebecca Roberts is now a three-time World's Strongest Woman champion.

The 2024 Official Strongman Games occurred in Madison, WI, on Dec. 6-8, 2024. The competition featured the 2024 World Strongest Woman (WSW) contest comprising seven events: Log Lift, Car Walk, Deadlift, Carry & Push Medley, Sandbag Toss, Wrecking Ball Hold, and Atlas Stones.

Rebecca Roberts of Wales claimed her third career WSW title, achieving 52.5 of a possible 70 points. Her previous WSW championships were in 2021 and 2023. Canada’s Jackie Osczevski fended off USA’s Jennifer Lyle by a half-point to claim silver. Lyle did the same to Australia’s Katie Blunden to step onto the podium.

  1. Rebecca Roberts (UK) — 52.5 points
  2. Jackie Osczevski (CAN) — 47 points
  3. Jennifer Lyle (USA) — 46.5 points
  4. Katie Blunden (AUS) — 46 points
  5. Cherry Muchindu (ZAM) — 41.5 points
  6. Joe Kimitaunga (AUS) — 37.5 points
  7. Monica Quarles (USA) — 34 points
  8. Rebecca Houston (USA) — 29.5 points
  9. Morgan Irons (USA) — 25.5 points
  10. Jackie Rhodes (USA) — 25 points

2024 World’s Strongest Woman Event Results

Below are the results for each of the seven contested events in Madison:

Log Lift

With one minute on the clock, athletes could lift 93 or 109 kilograms for reps. A single rep at the heavier weight outranked any number of reps at the lower weight.

  1. Katie Blunden — Three reps, 109 kilograms
  2. Rebecca Roberts — Two reps, 109 kilograms (T-second)
  3. Jennifer Lyle — Two reps, 109 kilograms (T-second)
  4. Morgan Irons — Two reps, 109 kilograms (T-second)
  5. Cherry Muchindu — One rep, 109 kilograms (T-fifth)
  6. Jackie Rhodes — One rep, 109 kilograms (T-fifth)
  7. Joe Kimitaunga — Three reps, 93 kilograms
  8. Jackie Osczevski — Two reps, 93 kilograms (T-eighth)
  9. Rebecca Houston — Two reps, 93 kilograms (T-eighth)
  10. Monica Quarles — One rep, 93 kilograms

Car Walk

Each strongwoman had one minute to traverse the 318-kilogram apparatus down the 15-meter course as fast as possible.

  1. Rebecca Roberts — 11.35 seconds
  2. Monica Quarles — 12.68 seconds
  3. Jennifer Lyle — 14.97 seconds
  4. Jackie Osczevski — 15.85 seconds
  5. Cherry Muchindu — 22.81 seconds
  6. Katie Blunden — 23.59 seconds
  7. Rebecca Houston — 26.28 seconds
  8. Joe Kimitaunga — 27.47 seconds
  9. Jackie Rhodes — 37.34 seconds
  10. Morgan Irons — 55.08 seconds

Deadlift

With one minute on the clock, athletes could lift 206 or 249 kilograms on an axle bar for reps. A single rep at the heavier weight outranked any number of reps at the lower weight.

  1. Cherry Muchindu — Seven reps, 249 kilograms
  2. Rebecca Roberts — Six reps, 249 kilograms (T-second)
  3. Jennifer Lyle — Six reps, 249 kilograms (T-second)
  4. Joe Kimitaunga — Three reps, 249 kilograms (T-fourth)
  5. Jackie Rhodes — Three reps, 249 kilograms (T-fourth)
  6. Monica Quarles — Two reps, 249 kilograms (T-sixth)
  7. Katie Blunden — Two reps, 249 kilograms (T-sixth)
  8. Rebecca Houston — Two reps, 249 kilograms (T-sixth)
  9. Jackie Osczevski — Seven reps, 206 kilograms
  10. Morgan Irons — Seven reps, 206 kilograms

Carry & Push Medley

Athletes were allotted one minute to carry a 102-kilogram sandbag and a 113-kilogram sandbag and push a sled 15 meters each, totaling the 45-meter course as quickly as possible.

  2. Jackie Osczevski — 40.53 seconds
  3. Rebecca Houston — 47.51 seconds
  4. Joe Kimitaunga — 47.97 seconds
  5. Jennifer Lyle — 48.34 seconds
  6. Morgan Irons — 50.1 seconds
  7. Rebecca Roberts — 50.36 seconds
  8. Monica Quarles — 52.22 seconds
  9. Cherry Muchindu — 37.49 meters
  10. Jackie Rhodes — 30.81 meters

Sandbag Toss

With only 45 seconds each, athletes tossed six implements weighing 13 to 18 kilograms over a four-meter bar as fast as possible.

  1. Cherry Muchindu — Six in 21.03 seconds
  2. Rebecca Roberts — Six in 23.53 seconds
  3. Jackie Osczevski — Five in 29.84 seconds
  4. Jackie Rhodes — Four in 19.11 seconds
  5. Jennifer Lyle — Four in 19.13 seconds
  6. Joe Kimitaunga — Four in 19.68 seconds
  7. Morgan Irons — Four in 20.17 seconds
  8. Rebecca Houston — Four in 24.12 seconds
  9. Katie Blunden — Two in 12.07 seconds
  10. Monica Quarles — One in 23.53 seconds

Wrecking Ball Hold

Athletes held a 227-kilogram wrecking ball in a sumo hold for as long as possible.

  1. Monica Quarles — 96.71 seconds

  4. Katie Blunden — 63.75 seconds

Athletes had one minute to load the six stones weighing 90 to 147 kilograms as fast as possible.
