2025 Arnold Strongwoman Pro/Am Results

The 2025 Arnold Strongwoman Pro/Am (ASWPM) was part of the 2025 Arnold Sports Festival (ASF) in Columbus, OH, on March 1-2, 2025. The contest featured eight strongwomen representing four countries competing in five events: Max Log Lift, Deadlift, Super Yoke, Axle Press, and Keg Load.

Katie Blunden of Australia won the overall gold, scoring 32.5 of a possible 40 points, besting runner-up Morgan Irons of the USA by a point.

  1. Katie Blunden — 32.5 points
  2. Morgan Irons — 31.5 points
  3. Stevie Aligbe — 26 points
  4. Cherry Muchindu — 24.5 points
  5. Jackie Rhodes — 23.5 points
  6. Jackie Osczevski — 20.5 points
  7. Joe Kimitaunga — 10.5 points
  8. Ashley Telford — Eight points

Max Log Lift

Athletes established their max log press.

  1. Morgan Irons — 122 kilograms
  2. Katie Blunden — 115 kilograms (T-second)
  3. Jackie Rhodes — 115 kilograms (T-second)
  4. Stevie Aligbe — 108 kilograms
  5. Cherry Muchindu — 101 kilograms (T-fifth)
  6. Joe Kimitaunga — 101 kilograms (T-fifth)
  7. Ashley Telford — 94 kilograms (T-seventh)
  8. Jackie Osczevski — 94 kilograms (T-seventh)

Deadlift

Each strongwoman performed as many reps as possible with a trap bar. One rep with the heavier 254-kilogram bar outranked any number of reps with the lighter 202-kilogram bar.

  1. Stevie Aligbe — Eight reps, 254 kilograms
  2. Morgan Irons — Seven reps, 254 kilograms (T-second)
  3. Cherry Muchindu — Seven reps, 254 kilograms (T-second)
  4. Katie Blunden — Five reps, 254 kilograms
  5. Jackie Rhodes — Four reps, 254 kilograms
  6. Jackie Osczevski — Two reps, 254 kilograms
  7. Ashley Telford — Eight reps, 202 kilograms
  8. Joe Kimitaunga — Seven reps, 202 kilograms

Super Yoke

Athletes had to walk a 254-kilogram across an 18-meter course as fast as possible.

  1. Katie Blunden — 11.63 seconds
  2. Jackie Osczevski — 13.35 seconds
  3. Stevie Aligbe — 13.83 seconds
  4. Morgan Irons — 14.12 seconds
  5. Cherry Muchindu — 14.79 seconds
  6. Ashley Telford — 15.33 seconds
  7. Jackie Rhodes — 15.69 seconds
  8. Joe Kimitaunga — 16.42 seconds

Axle Press

Athletes performed as many reps as possible with 93 kilograms.
