The 2025 Kalita Strongman Show occurred in Moscow, Russia, on June 6, 2025. The contest featured eight athletes, all representing the home country, competing through five events: Dumbbell Medley, Axle Deadlift, Farmer’s Walk & Block Carry Medley, Truck Pull, and Stone Over Bar.
David Shamey stood atop the podium, scoring 37 of a possible 40 points. It was a dominant performance, as runner-up Valentin Akimov won silver with 28 points, two more than bronze medalist Dmitrii Samoilov.
