Tracie is a certified Nutrition Coach with Stronger U Nutrition and an adjunct professor at The University of Scranton. She earned a MS in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, a BS in Health and Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey, and an Executive Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Administration from The University of Scranton.
Tracie has been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2006 through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and started her career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Velocity Sports Performance. Through the NSCA, Tracie served as the Chair of the Women’s Committee for two years and has presented original research at various national conferences.
From 2010-2015 Tracie taught as a full-time Lecturer at Appalachian State University in Exercise Science before taking a position at The University of Scranton as a full-time Faculty Specialist. She currently works as a Nutrition Coach with Stronger U Nutrition and teaches adjunct part-time.
