2024 U73 World’s Strongest Woman Results

The 2024 Official Strongman Games (OSG) occurred in Madison, WI, on Dec. 6-8, 2024. The competition featured weight class contests for male and female athletes, including the 2024 Under 64 Kilograms (U64) World Strongest Woman (WSW) comprising seven events: Log Lift, Car Walk, Deadlift, Carry & Push Medley, Sandbag Toss, Wrecking Ball Hold, and Atlas Stones.

Erin Murray of the USA reclaimed the crown she first wore in 2021. Murray has won three times at the OSG, scoring wins in multiple weight classes. Her U73 titles are from 2021 to 2024; her U82 title was scored in 2023. Murray stood atop the podium in 2024 by scoring 64.5 of a possible 70 points.

  2. Nancy Johnson (USA) — 61 points
  3. Camilla Fogagnolo (AUS) — 42.5 points
  4. Laura de Berdt Romilly (CAN) — 41 points
  5. Nicola Bennett (UK) — 37.5 points
  6. Chloe Brennan (UK) — 32.5 points
  7. Sarah Johnson (USA) — 32 points
  8. Laura O’Connor-Butler (USA) — 27.5 points
  9. Onyx Mintah (USA) — 24 points
  10. Alisha Donner (USA) — 22.5 points

2024 U73 World’s Strongest Woman Event Result

Below are the results for each of the seven contested events in Madison:

Log Lift

With one minute on the clock, athletes could lift 75 or 86 kilograms for reps. A single rep at the heavier weight outranked any number of reps at the lower weight.

  1. Erin Murray — Six reps, 86 kilograms (T-first)
  2. Nancy Johnson — Six reps, 86 kilograms (T-first)
  3. Laura de Berdt Romilly — Three reps, 86 kilograms (T-third)
  4. Sarah Johnson — Three reps, 86 kilograms (T-third)
  5. Camilla Fogagnolo — Six reps, 75 kilograms (T-fifth)
  6. Laura O’Connor-Butler — Six reps, 75 kilograms (T-fifth)
  7. Chloe Brennan — Three reps, 75 kilograms (T-seventh)
  8. Alisha Donner — Three reps, 75 kilograms (T-seventh)
  9. Nicola Bennett — Two reps, 75 kilograms
  10. Onyx Mintah — One rep, 75 kilograms

Car Walk

Each strongwoman had one minute to traverse the 281-kilogram apparatus down the 15-meter course as fast as possible.

  1. Chloe Brennan — 11.48 seconds
  2. Erin Murray — 14.9 seconds
  3. Laura de Berdt Romilly — 16.94 seconds
  4. Camilla Fogagnolo — 18.32 seconds
  5. Alisha Donner — 26.53 seconds
  6. Nancy Johnson — 28.92 seconds
  7. Onyx Mintah — 36.28 seconds
  8. Sarah Johnson — 39.19 seconds
  9. Laura O’Connor-Butler — 52.26 seconds
  10. Nicola Bennett — 11.96 meters

Deadlift

With one minute on the clock, athletes could lift 183 or 213 kilograms on an axle bar for reps. A single rep at the heavier weight outranked any number of reps at the lower weight.

  1. Erin Murray — Eight reps, 213 kilograms
  2. Nancy Johnson — Seven reps, 213 kilograms (T-second)
  3. Nicola Bennett — Seven reps, 213 kilograms (T-second)
  4. Camilla Fogagnolo — Six reps, 213 kilograms
  5. Chloe Brennan — Three reps, 213 kilograms
  6. Laura de Berdt Romilly — One rep, 213 kilograms (T-sixth)
  7. Sarah Johnson — One rep, 213 kilograms (T-sixth)
  8. Laura O’Connor-Butler — Five reps, 183 kilograms
  9. Alisha Donner — Four reps, 183 kilograms
  10. Onyx Mintah — Three reps, 183 kilograms

Carry & Push Medley

Athletes were allotted one minute to carry a 79-kilogram sandbag and a 90-kilogram sandbag and push a sled 15 meters each, totaling the 45-meter course as quickly as possible.

  1. Erin Murray — 31.2 seconds
  2. Nancy Johnson — 32.38 seconds
  3. Nicola Bennett — 35.69 seconds
  4. Laura de Berdt Romilly — 37.32 seconds
  5. Camilla Fogagnolo — 39.07 seconds
  6. Laura O’Connor-Butler — 41.06 seconds
  7. Sarah Johnson — 41.53 seconds
  8. Onyx Mintah — 44.07 seconds
  9. Alisha Donner — 45.19 seconds
  10. Chloe Brennan — 51.36 seconds

Sandbag Toss

With only 45 seconds each, athletes tossed six implements weighing nine to 16 kilograms over a four-meter bar as fast as possible.

  1. Nancy Johnson — Six in 18.66 seconds
  2. Erin Murray — Six in 22.47 seconds
  3. Laura O’Connor-Butler — Six in 35.02 seconds
  4. Onyx Mintah — Five in 26.32 seconds
  5. Nicola Bennett — Five in 28.32 seconds
  6. Alisha Donner — Five in 30.98 seconds
  7. Chloe Brennan — Five in 35.55 seconds
  8. Sarah Johnson — Five in 37.35 seconds
  9. Camilla Fogagnolo — Five in 44.75 seconds
  10. Laura de Berdt Romilly — Four in 39.31 seconds

Wrecking Ball Hold

Athletes held a 227-kilogram wrecking ball in a sumo hold for as long as possible.

  1. Erin Murray — 122.53 seconds

  4. Laura de Berdt Romilly — 92.3 seconds

Athletes had one minute to load the six stones weighing 79 to 136 kilograms as fast as possible.

  4. Erin Murray — Five in 36.74 seconds
