The 2025 Republic of Texas Pro was held in Austin, TX, on Saturday, July 12. Bodybuilding fans were treated to three 2025 Olympia qualifiers in the Men’s Physique, Bikini, and Wellness divisions. The champions of those shows became eligible to represent their division at the Olympia in Las Vegas, NV, on Oct. 9-12.
Those champions are Steven Cao (Men’s Physique), Reyna Perez (Bikini), and Daniele Mendonca (Wellness).

Men’s Physique Winner — Steven Cao
Steven Cao made the most of his 2025 season debut by claiming gold and snagging the Men’s Physique Olympia qualification. Runner-up Joshua Guidry and third-place finisher Dan Ibrahim were only separated by one point on the scorecards.
Bikini Winner — Reyna Perez
Perez reported on social media that she needed to maximize recovery from training during this prep. The strategy worked. 2024 Bikini Olympia champion Lauralie Chapados was there to present Perez with the Olympia qualification.
Wellness Winner — Daniele Mendonca
Mendonca earned a perfect score from the judges. She and runner-up Lili Dong received multiple comparisons throughout the contest. Mendonca is the 24th athlete to qualify for the Wellness Olympia.
