As a former event planner and project manager, Dina acknowledges and appreciates that there is no one diet, fitness regimen, daily routine, or productivity program that suits everyone. While her approach is rooted in science-based evidence, she also considers other aspects of her clients’ lives such as stress, sleep, and physical activity. Dina spends time guiding, counseling, and customizing strategies for her clients to meet their health and wellness goals in a realistic and achievable way, whether that means establishing better at-home meal-planning skills or managing a chronic condition through medical nutrition therapy and food modifications.
Dina is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Greater New York Dietetic Association. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from CUNY-Lehman College where she is also an adjunct lecturer of undergraduate and graduate nutrition studies.
