Audrey Carson is a healthcare, research and fitness writer out of the Columbus, Ohio area. She has nearly 10 years of experience in freelance and career journalism, media and marketing. Audrey has been a contributor for Genome Magazine, CURE magazine, BoxLife Magazine, Barbell Spin and Strength.com. Audrey holds a bachelor’s degree from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University where she was nominated for a Hearst Journalism Award in feature writing.

Audrey has coached kids and adults in CrossFit since 2017 and has recently ventured into Olympic weightlifting. She is a mother to two boys and wife to one.
