Joey Adduci
Joey is a Level 3 CrossFit trainer, former gym owner, and specialist in mobility and movement. As a performance coach, he is well versed in the fundamentals of gymnastics, weightlifting, endurance, flexibility, powerlifting, bodybuilding, sports training, and nutrition.
He spent the last decade training athletes, and coaches, while treating himself as a “guinea pig” to help improve his practical knowledge of health, performance, and longevity.
His goal is to pay it forward by educating athletes, coaches, and gym owners the same way others did for him throughout his career.
