8 Quick Takeaways From the (Unofficial) CrossFit Quarterfinals Leaderboard
The second window for submitting scores closed on Monday night, revealing a complete picture of the unofficial 2024 CrossFit Quarterfinals leaderboard. (See the whole thing here.)
While things are changing and will continue to do so as scores are reviewed and adjusted, some highlights stood out at first glance.

1. Unofficially, Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr has won the Worldwide Quarterfinals for the 3rd time.
- If her scores remain the same after review, she will have recorded two firsts and two seconds for six total points.
- When she won in 2022, she had 16 points in five workouts (4th, 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 3rd). In 2021, she finished at the top with 13 points across five scores.
2. If the leaderboard remains as is, Jonne Koski would become the first man to win the Open and the Worldwide Quarterfinals in the same year.

3. PRVN women won three out of the four events worldwide: Olivia Kerstetter (Workouts 1 and 4) and Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr (Workout 3).
4. In the top 50 scores worldwide, 26 of the women and 22 of the men are from Europe.
- Seventeen women and 13 men are from North America East
- Five women and nine men are from North America West
- Two women and three men are from Oceania
- Three men are from South America
5. In total, 42 women and 41 men from the top 50 worldwide competed as individuals at Semifinals in 2023.
6. Thirty-two men and 32 women from the top 50 worldwide have been to the CrossFit Games as individuals before.
7. None of the men’s winners from Asia, Africa, South America, or Oceania (Ricky Garard) competed at the CrossFit Games in 2023.
- Meanwhile, the winners of Europe, North America East, North America West, and Oceania (Jay Crouch) all finished in the top 10 of the CrossFit Games in 2023.

8. None of the winners of Asia, Africa, North America East, or Oceania on the women’s side competed at the Games in 2023.
With CrossFit’s plan to finalize scores by April 29, 2024, we will need to wait a little longer to officially see who advances to the next stage of the season.
