Alex is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in Exercise & Sport Science. He currently works as a collegiate strength & conditioning coach and has a background in coaching track & field at the high school level.
His health & fitness accreditations include being a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach (USAW-L1), and a USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach (USATF-L1).
