The 2024 Classic Physique Olympia is less than a month away, and this time, it might just be Ramon Dino’s year.
- The latest physique update from “Dino” — full name Ramon Rocha Queiroz — indicates that reigning champ Chris Bumstead might have a fight on his hands if he wants a sixth straight win.
The 2024 Olympia runs from Oct. 10 to 13 in Las Vegas, NV. Here’s how last year’s runner-up is looking as the clock ticks down:

29-year-old Queiroz burst onto the scene in 2021. Since then, the Brazilian-born bodybuilder has come closer than anyone else to ending Bumstead’s five-year win streak at the Classic Physique “O.”
Here’s a rundown of Dino’s Classic Physique Olympia resume:
- 2021: 5th
- 2022: 2nd
- 2023: 2nd
In both silver-medal years, Queiroz scored 10 points to Bumstead’s five — a perfect card at bodybuilding’s biggest show. He’s looking to close the gap in ’24, if not surpass Bumstead altogether.
- “CBum,” as he’s known to his 24-million followers on Instagram, has implied that he may soon retire from competitive bodybuilding after his 30th birthday. He’ll turn 30 a few months after this year’s contest.

Queiroz has drawn criticism for his bodybuilding poses. His physique update, posted online on Sep. 13, 2024, wasn’t a full posing routine but did demonstrate that he has built muscle during his off-season.
If Dino can lock in his posing routine and further improve his upper-body proportions (he is known for having some of the most absurd arms and forearms in the Classic Physique division), he’ll give Bumstead a real run for his money.
