2022 Strongman Champions League Finals Results — Aivars Šmaukstelis Ascends the Throne

The Latvian continued his streak of dominance on the SCL circuit in Turkey.

The 2022 Strongman Champions League (SCL) Finals took place on Nov. 5-6, 2022, in Alanya, Turkey. The two-day contest featured 12 of the world’s best strongmen clashing across six events to claim the SCL Finals crown. Ultimately, according to Strongman Archives, Aivars Šmaukstelis of Latvia emerged victorious with 74 points. Check out the full results below:

  2. Ervin Toots (Estonia) — 63.5 points
  3. Kane Francis (UK) — 62.5 points
  4. Mika Törrö (Finland) — 55.5 points

The Block Press event consisted of four implements ranging from 110 to 130 kilograms. The strongman who lifted all four implements in the fastest time possible won.

  8. Roberto Rodríguez — Three in 48.22 seconds
  9. Kelvin de Ruiter — Three in 55.68 seconds
  10. Dainis Zageris — Two in 25.30 seconds
  11. Evans Aryee — One in 21.31 seconds
  12. Bora Güner — No lift

Natural Stones

The Natural Stones consisted of four implements ranging from 160 to 210 kilograms. Strongmen had a 90-second time cap to load all four stones in the fastest time possible.

The Truck Pull course was 30 meters long. Strongmen attempted to score the fastest time possible.

Conan’s Wheel weighed 330 kilograms. Athletes attempted to rotate it as far as possible within the time limit.

Loading Race

The Loading Race consisted of three implements ranging from 120 to 150 kilograms. The course measured 12 meters. The strongman who loaded all three implements in the fastest time won.
